Chattanooga, Tennessee – January 27, 2010 – Southern Health Partners (SHP), a correctional healthcare provider, today announced four promotions to senior officer positions.
Jennifer Hairsine, in her fifteenth year with SHP, has been elected President and Chief Operating Officer. Jennifer was with Prison Health Services, Inc. prior to the formation of SHP, and assisted in SHP’s founding in 1994. She has served as Executive Vice-President for the past six years.
Jeff Reasons, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer, said “Jennifer has been the driving force that brought together a superb operations management team and a solid standard of practice, to form the best medical service program for our customers. She will lead the Company to many more successes in her new role as President”.
Wes Williamson was elected Executive Vice-President and Chief Development Officer. Wes joined SHP in 2004 as Vice-President, Sales and Marketing, after fifteen years of law-enforcement experience. He will lead all growth and development initiatives.
Susan Bryson was elected Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer. Susan joined SHP in 2007 as Chief Financial Officer, and she will now assume an expanded role with the continued growth of the Company.
Katie Utz was elected Vice-President, Human Resources. She had been Director of Human Resources, after joining SHP in 2003 in the Human Resources department. She will manage all human resource functions for the more than 750 employees of the Company.
